That's one of the more interesting punches I've seen in comicdom! Well done sir!

Thanks, Rem, it was a lot of fun to draw.

I love it...I’ve actually said “Don’t litter, a-hole” before, word for word.
Although I might have said “F&#k this world” too, only not about littering. I think it was sports.

Thanks! I've watched the first half of this scenario play out in real life (including a variation on "F$#K this world"), alas, the second half is but a fantasy.

There was a trashcan (I think thats what you call them) right by the bus stop. I think the concerned citizen was far too easy on him.

If I had more panels and time and ambition, I would have had him slap Francis across the chops a couple times before the punch. As is he'll need a stick inserted to keep him up right anyway.

Hopefully Francis can purchase a replacement spine on The Home Shopping Network for ninety installments of ninety nine ninety nine!

I've ended contact with acquaintances due to things like that. After making sure they realized it was because they were dedicated to making the world a worse place to live.

But one thing really nags at me here -

Did his right sleeve go back down to normal after the punch, or stay bunched up?

In this case, the man in question lives in a conservative and traditional arrangement with a wife who does not work, but stays at home. She cooks his food, does his laundry, raises his kids and milks the chickens while he toils away in the office and remains an upstanding pillar of the community. The particular shirt that he happens to be wearing on the day of "the punch" was a shirt previously laundered one week earlier. That week being the week that his stay at home mother....sorry I mean wife...received distressing news about a close relative who recently had been admitted to the emergency ward of the local hospital. Unfortunately she received the phone call that relayed the information just as she was adding the starch to the laundry. She then returned to the laundry after the conclusion of the phone call, but, had, by then, completely forgotten that she had already added the starch to the laundry, and so added it once more. One week later when "the punch" was applied and the sleeve bunched up, the cloth of the sleeve was so saturated in starch that once the application of pressure was removed, the sleeve spontaneously returned to normal and the gentleman went on his way with out any further thought or effort required on his part to the matter of the sleeve.

And to think, I'm not even 100 pages into Infinite Jest by Davide Foster Wallace yet and his writing style it already playing me like the empty meat puppet that I am.

Well they say it's bad for your health...

That's right! And mouth, throat, lungs and stomach. And if Francis was a little less stretchy, his butt hole.
